About Your Session...
- First time clients should plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session to fill out a brief questionnaire.
- You will be able to choose from a variety of relaxing music or the tranquil sounds found in nature to listen to during your session.
- You will be allowed ample time, in the privacy of the massage room, to remove whatever clothing you are comfortable with and to lie on the gently heated table under a sheet and light blanket.
- All therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times.
- Once your session is completed, you may take as much time as you need to get dressed.
- Remember to drink plenty of water in the 24 hours following your session to help flush toxins from the body.
